POP Delete Settings in Zoho Mail
You can choose to delete emails from Server or leave the messages in Server when the email downloaded via POP is marked for deletion. When you choose 'Delete emails from Server' in the POP clients, the client marks the email for deletion in the server and removes it from the POP queue. However, in Zoho Mail, you can choose to retain the email in the server even if the client marks the email for deletion. The default option is 'Leave messages in server'.
The emails will be deleted from the server only if you choose the option 'Delete mails from server when the POP client issues a delete command'.
Log in to https://www.zoho.eu/mail
Click Settings >> Mail >> Email Forwarding POP and IMAP.
Once the POP Access is enabled, you can choose the POP Delete settings.
Select 'Leave messages in Server' to not delete the emails, when POP client issues a delete command.
Select 'Delete messages from server' to remove the messages permanently when the client issues a delete command.
